- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship 5 days a week and try to despatch within 48 hours of ordering, we use Royal Mail for all our goods to ensure that you have security for your order. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted within 72 hours to inform you of the situation. We have deliveries every week so it is unlikely that you would have long to wait for new stock to arrive, however if you would prefer to either change your order or receive a full refund both these options are open to you.
- Privacy & Security
- All payments are made through our secure server to give you peace of mind. We use Paypal for our credit card payments, you do not need to open an account with them to do this. The Apple Accessory Store will never disclose your details to any other party
- Returns & Replacements
- Under the DSR's you have a 7 day cooling off period from date of delivery to ask to return your goods, we will of course replace any item delivered with any damage, if you wish to return an item please contact us first by email to info@appleaccessorystore.com

- All our products are priced in pounds sterling , however we can provide prices in any currency, please contact us for details. Payment will be deemed to have been made when we are notified by Paypal, our credit card processor that they have received your payment, this is normally within minutes but can sometimes take up to an hour.
